We want you to be happy, first and foremost! If you are having trouble with any Chalkydoodles purchase, please Contact Us and we will work with you to make it right! We have an easy return policy for unused products. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalized or custom products.
Shipping:
Because our products come from many artists in many different places, shipping times vary for each product we offer. Please refer to the "More Info" box at the bottom of each product description page for shipping timeframes for each item you would like to purchase before placing your order. To read more about our shipping timeframes, please refer to our FAQ section.
Please note that shipping timeframes are approximate and allow for the production time needed to complete your items. Most custom or personalized items and some handmade items have longer lead-times than in-stock items.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that some items in your order may be shipped separately and/or at a later date. You will receive your shipment tracking information for each separate shipment in your order.
We ship within the U.S. using USPS First Class and Priority Mail based on weight, package size and destination. We ship to Canada using Priority Mail International delivery based on weight and package size.
Please allow up to one week for delivery within the U.S. and up to two weeks for delivery to Canada once your items have shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the deliver method and package type/size.
We can ship many of our products internationally. Please Contact Us for an international shipping quote.
We cannot be held responsible for items once they have shipped.
Order Status:
If you'd like to check on the status of your order, please sign into your account or refer to the "More Info" box at the bottom of each product description page for the items in your order. The "More Info" box contains detailed information about the shipping timeframe for each item. Please see above for more details on shipping timeframes and delivery times.
Returns & Exchanges:
You may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. We are unable to accept returns on personalized items, custom orders and sale or clearance items.
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will begin processing your order once payment is made.
Sales Tax:
Chalkydoodles is based in Dallas, Texas. Sales tax will be charged if the shipping address provided is in Texas.

It’s a Gift:
We love presents. Please look for the Gift Message option when you check out and make sure to include your special gift message for each item you'd like to send as a gift.
Chalkydoodles Gift Certificates:
Chalkydoodles Gift Cerfticates are available in any denomination. Please Contact Us to purchase a Gift Certificate. All gift certificates are gift wrapped and shipped with USPS Priority Mail delivery.
