We want you to be happy, first and foremost! If you are having trouble with any Chalkydoodles purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right! We have an easy return policy for unused products. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalized or custom products.
Shipping:
Products ship within 5-14 days, depending on your selection. Please refer to the item description for your selection for lead times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We ship with USPS based on weight and package size.
We do offer international shipping. Please contact us with any questions regarding international shipping rates.
We cannot be held responsible for items once they have shipped.
Returns & Exchanges:
You may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. We are unable to accept returns on personalized items , custom orders and sale or clearance items.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will begin processing your order once payment is made.
Sales Tax:
Chalkydoodles is based in Dallas, Texas. Sales tax will be charged if the shipping address provided is in Texas.

Chalkydoodles Gift Certificates:
Chalkydoodles Gift Cerfticates are available in any denomination. Please click here to visit our Gift section. All gift certificates are gift wrapped and shipped with USPS delivery.

If you’d like to check on the status of your order, please refer to your order confirmation email where you will find the estimated lead time for the items you purchased. Please note that lead times are approximate and allow for the production time needed to complete your items. Most of our products ship within 5-7 business days, but lead times vary per item.
Please allow one week for delivery once your item has been shipped. Delivery times will vary depending on the delivery method and package type/size.

Privacy is as important to us as it is to you. When you sign up for an account with Chalkydoodles.com, we ask you to provide personal information, such as your name, address and email address. We will use your email address to confirm your order, send your shipping confirmation and tracking information, and to contact you in case of any problems with your order. We will also use your email address to notify you of site changes and to provide you with valuable offers from Chalkydoodles.
We publish a newsletter and distribute it through email. When you sign up for an account with Chalkydoodles.com, we will add you to our mailing list. All newsletters and promotional emails have an “opt out” feature should you choose not to receive future communications.
If you prefer not to place your order online, you may place it by phone. Please contact us at 469-939-4536 Monday through Friday. We will take your order information and credit card number on the phone and process your payment at that time.
